My Story

Hello, I am Julia Cutlip Schmidt. Raised in Guernsey and Tuscarawas County and spending most of my married life in Coshocton and Holmes County, I have become very familiar with Southeastern Ohio. One of my favorite downtime activities is driving back roads.

I hold a Real Estate License in Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Working in Real Estate, I have had the opportunity with work with top industry leaders around the nation and have been fortunate enough to use that knowledge in serving my clients.

I work with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. I also work with short sales and bank-owned properties and can provide BPO’s on request. I have been trained as a Dave Ramsey agent and won multiple boutique excellence awards.

In my personal life I am a homeschool mom of 5, a published author, a bumbling gardener, and spend time volunteering in the community. I would love the opportunity to serve you in your real estate needs.
